Pete Reid papers
The Pete Reid papers contain correspondence, newspapers, photographs, budget reports, and meeting minutes. Reid served as treasurer and assistant to Whitman’s president from 1948 to 2009. Reid was the longest serving faculty member of Whitman’s staff, and was instrumental in bolstering Whitman’s endowment, physical campus, and involvement in the wider Walla Walla community.
