This collection houses the personal papers of Daniel and Barbara Clark. The Clarks are long-time residents of Walla Walla and have been active in many local and international organizations such as Peace Brigades International, The Star Project, the Walla Walla Alliance for the Homeless, and Walla Walla 2020. This collection dates from 1967 to 2024.

This collection contains Robert Graham’s academic notebooks from his time at Whitman College, two track and field medals, certificates, correspondence, and newspaper clippings dating from 1933 to 1988. Robert Graham was a sprinter for Whitman College, and a member of the class of 1936.

Materials (1976-1993) related to Jeannette Hayner's career as a Washington state senator and to the controversy surrounding her honorary doctorate from Whitman College in 1992.

The Walla Walla 2020 Records, which dates from 2006, houses the business records related to Walla Walla 2020, an organization dedicated to preserving and enhancing the quality of life in the Walla Walla area.

This collection houses award entry scrapbooks, membership records, project proposals and reports, and meeting notes of the Walla Walla Junior Chamber of Commerce, known as the “Jaycees” formed in 1936, and its counterpart organization, the “Jaycee Ja(y)nes.”

The Walla Walla Valley Chamber of Commerce Records consists of committee reports, program and event materials, community business information, financial records, promotional brochures, meeting minutes, newspaper clippings, civic project documents, photographs and newsletters from this business and community advocacy organization.

The Young Men’s Christian Association of Walla Walla Records span from 1903 through 1995 consists of material such as clippings, minutes, correspondence, and financial statements related to the establishment and operation of the Young Men's Christian Association (Y.M.C.A.) of Walla Walla, Washington.
