The Gordon D. and Rowena L. Alcorn Papers, which date from 1964 to 1996, contain personal material related to Gordon D. and Rowena L. Alcorn. The collection includes articles, newspaper clippings, and correspondence related to Gordon D., a biologist, naturalist, environmentalist and author, and Rowena L. Alcorn, a painter and author.

The Association of Northwest Steelheaders Records document the Walla Walla chapter of the organization, which is dedicated to sustaining the Steelhead salmon population.. The records date from 1963 to 1966, and consist of materials such as minutes, correspondence, articles, proposals, and brochures.

The Casey and Anna Barthelmess Family Photograph Collection, dated circa 1906, consists of photocopies and photographs of Seattle, Spokane, and Walla Walla, including many of troops at Fort Walla Walla.

The Reverand Jonathan Edwards Manuscript contains the manuscript for an autobiography written by Edwards circa 1927, titled "Memories of Eighty Years from Mines to Ministry: An Autobiography by Rev. Jonathan Edwards, D.D., for Forty Years a Home Missionary in the Pacific Northwest."

Cynthia Hilden taught at Blue Mountain Community College for 33 years, and was also active in women’s groups on campus and regionally. The Cynthia Hilden Collection on Women’s Conferences includes a scrapbook and other printed materials related to women's conferences both nationally and regionally from 1977 to 1978.

Theaters in the inland northwest have been owned and operated by the Mercy family since 1912. In the 1930’s, under the business name of Inland Theaters inc., Frederick Mercy senior, and his son Frederick Mercy junior operated fourteen theaters in the region. The Inland Theaters Inc. Records consists of correspondence and other documents relating to the day-to-day operations of Inland Theaters inc.
