Baker Family Collection
The Baker Family Collection, which dates from 1850 to 1970, contains the personal papers and business records of the Baker family of Walla Walla, Washington, from the materials of Dorsey Syng to those of his sons.
William O. Douglas Collection
The William O. Douglas Collection contains the former Supreme Court Justice’s research materials, reports to Congress, book manuscripts, published articles, law practice records, correspondence with friends and associates, and materials relating to his association with Whitman College.
Robert W. Fry Estate Records
The Robert Fry Papers contain ephemera related to the settlement of the estate of Robert W. Fry of Albany, Oregon by his wife, and executrix of the estate, Frances Irene Fry. These papers consist of a petition for probate of Will, Inventory, and Appraisement. These papers, which date from 1930 through 1934, also contain a report to State Treasurer, assignment of mortgage, state tax returns and correspondence.
Robert Graham Papers
This collection contains Robert Graham’s academic notebooks from his time at Whitman College, two track and field medals, certificates, correspondence, and newspaper clippings dating from 1933 to 1988. Robert Graham was a sprinter for Whitman College, and a member of the class of 1936.
James K. Kennedy Family Papers
The James K. Kennedy Papers, which dates from 1861 to 1989, consists of court actions and notes, correspondence, legal documents and land deeds, diaries, stamps, postcards, memorabilia, scrapbooks and photographs of the Kennedy family.
