The Amy Beach Papers contain material related to the American composer, Amy Beach. The collection, which dates from 1976 to 1981, houses copies of the sheet music for Beach’s compositions and several articles written about her by Marcelle Wynn Vernazza.

This Gena Branscombe Papers contain materials from 1908 to 1978 related to composer and conductor Gena Branscombe, a former director of the piano department in the Whitman College Conservatory of Music. These papers contain sheet music, scores, and a published book of music. Also included are magazine articles, correspondence and photographs.

The Lonnie Butler Collection contains materials related to Lonnie Butler, a Pacific Northwest musician. This collection, which dates from 1908 through 1949, consists of photographs of Lonnie Butler, yearbooks, and a book of minutes from the Smith Hollow Literary Society.

The Enchanters Records, which dates from 1925 o 1929, contains correspondence and photographs of a Seattle barbershop quartet known for its renditions of Southern spirituals and minstrel songs.

The Percy Johnson Papers contain materials related to the life Percy Johnson and the Walla Walla Symphony Society. These papers contain photographs, Percy's musician's union card, and programs for the Walla Walla Symphony. These papers, which date from 1901 through 1969, also contains newspaper clippings and a history of the Walla Walla Symphony Society.

George Welton Marquis was born in Walla Walla, Washington on March 4, 1916. He was a well-regarded musician and an expert in early music and music theory. The George Welton Marquis Collection, which spans from roughly 1921 to 1968, contains phonograph records, reel-to-reel tapes, and sheet music, as well as manuscripts for books, correspondences, scrapbooks, photographs, medals, notebooks, and slides.

The Mary Carr Moore Papers, which dates from 1911 to 1986, contains materials related to Mary Carr Moore, an American composer. The collection consists of material related to the opera entitled “The Cost of Empire,” and several published songs, operas, scores, and chamber works.

The Stanley Reeves Plummer Collection, which dates from 1943 to 2000, consists of assorted musical scores, posters, programs for recitals and other musical performances, notes from lectures to music classes, and newspaper clippings from the papers of Whitman music professor Stanley Plummer.

The Kenneth E. Schilling Papers contains LP phonograph records and reel-to-reel recordings featuring Whitman College choral groups and the Walla Walla Symphony, lecture notes, subject files, photographs, and concert programs.
