Dams -- Design and construction

This collection contains materials related to the proposed Dayton Dam and the Touchet Division, Walla Walla Project from Whitman College geology professor, Robert Carson. These papers, which date from 1976 through 1977, also consist of correspondence, newspaper clippings and reports as well as photographs and materials relating to the Roo Rat Society.

The Pacific Northwest Waterways Association Records, which dates from 1907 to 2007, contains the record of the formation and subsequent organizational and lobbying efforts of the Inland Empire Waterways Association, later renamed the Pacific Northwest Waterways Association.
