Harlow Barney Papers
The Harlow Barney Papers documents the work of the Walla Walla County water master from approxmiately 1920 to 1965. The collection consists of watershed and land ownership maps, water usage laws, and surveys. It also contains reports, aerial photographs, insurance information, and business and personal correspondence.
