Scope and Contents
The “Posters, prints, and illustrations” series dates from 1799 to 1980 and contains oversized printed matter, such as photographs, posters, certificates, and newspapers. Materials of note in this series include a poster by Ludwig Hohlwein, an edition of the Heart Mountain Sentinel (published by Japanese Americans in an incarceration camp at Cody, Wyoming during World War II), as well as mounted images from the National Indian Congress held in Spokane in 1926.
