Biographical Note
Grace Hedger Jensen was born on January 6, 1888 in Walla Walla, Washington. She attended Walla Walla grade and high school. She attended Bellingham Normal School to become a teacher. She began her teaching career in 1908 at Colfax and continued to teach in the Walla Walla school district for 36 years. She retired in 1959. She was a member of Delta Kappa Gamma and the Retired Teacher Association. Grace died on February 10, 1967.
