Scope and Contents
The Walla Walla Community College Enology and Viticulture Collection consists of magazines, newspaper articles, and newspaper clippings. This collection, which spans from 2002 through 2012, also contains wine labels, pamphlets, brochures, and architectural plans. There are also startup cost analyses of the Walla Walla Community College Institute for Enology and Viticulture and College Cellars.

Historical Note
The Walla Walla Community College Enology and Viticulture program was developed between 2001 and2002, and was expanded throughout 2003 in response to management and technical workforce skill requirements of this region’s wine industry. It is a two-year instructional program to get an Associate of Applied Arts and Science degree or a two-year Associate of Science transfer degree. The goal of this institute is to foster skills in winemaking, viticulture practices, and wine sales.
