Biographical Note
Oscar Ludovic Ingram was born on April 28, 1873 in Colorado, and he and his wife Gertrude, were both from Walla Walla Valley pioneer families. The couple had a child, Lucile E. Ingram, on August 21, 1902. Oscar was a prolific inventor and engineer, and completed five patents during his lifetime; an adding machine in 1913, demountable rims in 1920, liquid-level gauges in 1927, air-supply systems in 1928, and a second liquid level gauge in 1934. He... died in Walla Walla on August 30, 1941.
