The Baumeister Family Papers consists of photographs, genealogical records, correspondence, and writings of members of the Baumeister family. Originally from Germany, the Baumeisters came to New York in the early 1800s and later traveled west, becoming one of the prominent pioneer families in Walla Walla, Washington.
