William N. Bischoff Papers
Scope and Contents
The William Bischoff Papers consists of correspondence with Jerome Peletier, a monthly newsletter booklet called "The Month at Goodspeed's," and news clippings. These papers, which date from 1946 to 1957, also contain subscription letters to “The Oregon Jesuit.”

Biographical Note
William Norbert Bischoff was born in 1916 in Yakima, Washington. He was a Jesuit priest and received his ordination in 1947. He was a professor of history at Gonzaga University in the 1950s. He then worked at Seattle University until his death in 1991.
