Pacific University Collection
Scope and Contents
The Pacific University Collection consists of the 1894 annual "The Heart of Oak," postcards, and a 1859 handwritten bill to establish an institution of learning in Washington County. This collection, which dates from 1859 through 1979, also contains treasurer's reports, sketches of the lives of alumni edited by alumnus and trustee Myron Eells, and a list of contributors for the purchase of land. Also included is biographical information for Tualatin Academy and Pacific University alumni, as well as correspondence and newspaper clippings.
