Biographical Note
Howard Peter Reed was born in 1898 in Iowa. He was raised in Oklahoma and Idaho. He attended Whitman College in Walla Walla, Washington from 1918 to 1922, where he was a member of Beta Theta Pi and a chemistry major. He then attended Western Reserve University School of Law beginning in 1925. He died in October, 1982.
