Biographical Note
Robert L. Haigh was born on November 10, 1886 in Wisconsin. He married Mabel Haigh, with whom he had two children, John W. and Helen L. Mabel. Dr. Haigh taught chemistry at Whitman College from 1916 to 1951. He died on November 10, 1972.
