Biographical Note
D.W. Ramsaur was born in North Carolina in 1848. He married Mattie Ramsaur in 1868, with whom he had two children, Sallie and Edgar. The Ramsaurs moved to Waitsburg, Washington circa 1907, where they owned a farm.
