Historical Note
The Walla Walla Country Club, formerly known as the Walla Walla Golf Club, was established in 1923 by local businessman W.W. Baker. The course was later redesigned by architect A.W. Tillinghast in 1936. In 1996, the clubhouse was destroyed in a fire. The replacement building opened two years later in 1998. Their current facilities include an 18 hole golf course, a driving range, a short game area, practice greens, a swimming pool, tennis courts, and a dining area.
