Historical Note
The Walla Walla Valley Hospital Association was chartered to build the Walla Walla General Hospital in 1925. The association went bankrupt in 1931, and sold the hospital to Upper Columbia Conference of Seventh-Day Adventists. The original building was sold to Whitman College in 1978, when the hospital moved locations.
