Scope and Contents
The Walla Walla Rotary Club records contains the organizational records of the Walla Walla Rotary Club. This collection, which dates from 1922 to 2018, consists of meeting bulletins and minutes, club newsletters, agenda books, awards, information on members (including biographies, dues, positions held, and attendance), financial records, committee and subcommittee records, a constitution, event records, general correspondence, club history, newspaper clippings, index file of membership cards with attached photographs, and Rotary literature. Also included in the collection is a box of cassette recordings with various members’ recollections of World War Two.

Historical Note
The Walla Walla Rotary Club was founded on November 1, 1919, with Albert Adams signing as president of the club, and with sponsorship from the Spokane Rotary Club. The Walla Walla Rotary Club, which was the fifth rotary to be established in the Pacific Northwest, still operates to this day.
