Slides, 1951-1994

 Series

Scope and Contents

This series contains slides taken by Paul W. Copeland and Frances Copeland Stickles from 1951 to 1994 on various family trips. Copeland referred to trips he took in the 1950s as “tours,” and this is reflected in the folder titles. Locations photographed include countries in Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East. The slides document a variety of landscapes, urban centers, local people and animals, members of the family, and historic structures such as temples and castles.
