This folder contains correspondence from an African American man to the Chamber of Commerece commenting on his troubles finding non-rental housing in Walla Walla and his decision to write to the Washington Board of Discrimination and NAACP in Seattle on the situation. The title of this folder is presumably the original title placed on the folder by a worker at the Walla Walla Chamber of Commerce.
