Seven Hills Winery was established in 1988 as the fifth winery in the Walla Walla Valley American Viticultural Area (AVA). The Seven Hills Winery Records, which date from 1987 to 2005, consist of the business records of the Seven Hills Winery including financial records, business plans, newsletters, promotional materials, photographs, and Walla Walla Valley wine industry historical records and maps.
